I can still picture it — holding my first camera back at the time, freezing my toes off in a chilly winter. That's when I crossed paths with a photographer who became my first mentor in the city of Dalian in China. He kept saying: “We are painting with light” which totally flew over my head at the time. His stories about people none the less were like magic, and I felt right then that photography has more than just an image. After experimenting multiple art projects, I developed great technical skills while playing with lighting, composition, color grading and editing for visual arts. I was particularly focused on learning how to tell impactful stories so I made it my mission to unveil the hidden beauties within us.
I hunt to capture real feelings in each step, diving deep into themes of courage, love and vulnerability. Arts like music, cinematography, documentaries and photography have shaped a particular view on life and helped me realize that beyond the physical plane, there is an energy in each one of us that is unique and needs to be revealed. I developed a talent for portraying people — highlighting their inherent grace and authenticity in a way that feels both intimate and empowering.
I’m convinced that by helping people reveal their stories, it can inspire a deeper connection among us and expand our consciousness as one. Likewise, every piece of art we create, is an opportunity to bring to light what makes you truly special and inspire the world with your beautiful stories.
